Polish Jutrzenka is the only variety of Polish grapevine. It is a semi-dry wine with a straw color. What distinguishes it is its distinct aroma of flower honey, clear Polish pears and mint. The taste of wild flowers leaves the mouth for a long time, unheard of in other wines. Served as an aperitif, and also for cheese, seafood and salads.
